Job Description

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Customer team, to focus on recurring use, upsell and cross sell among our top clients.

You will drive success among your clients and develop our existing businesses and manage exciting missions:

  • Designing and executing a strategic plan to grow your accounts aligned with the company’s vision and roadmap
  • *Leading the deployment of Immersive Learning *within large organization (planning, projects, hardware, internal communication)
  • Building trust and network among our top clients’ stakeholders
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within your portfolio
  • Retaining customers by offering additional services (licenses, experiences, trainings, consulting)
  • *Giving voice *to our customers through video cases, testimonials, events, awards and communication actions
  • Coordinating with our strategic partners (Microsoft, Oculus, Lenovo, and consulting companies) to expand the use of the solution in each account
  • Tracking, forecasting and growing ARR as well as clients’ satisfaction

Preferred Experience

What makes you the perfect match?

  • You are committed self-starter who has the drive to succeed in a high-energy team environment
  • You have at least one successful experience in the B2B SaaS and/or Learning Industry
  • You already have a significant experience in Sales or Account Management - 3-5 Years
  • You are data-driven and are able to make decisions bases on your analytic skills
  • You are organized and autonomous
  • You can read and speak French and English fluently
  • You proved good listening skills and empathy
  • You are not sick with a Virtual Reality headset
